can someone advise please
fitting some new runners to p2, the kit comes with these rivets,never done vespa,s before,is there a special tool to fix rivets or a hamer job

i never use the supplied rivets as they are a pain if and when you want them off. Use small ss nuts and bolts/screws with a flat head. I then drill the plastic end caps.

the rivet the kit comes with are the wrong ones, piaggio use pop rivets all from the top apart from the end caps which are from the bottom i use short 3mm on the runners the 4x10mm on all the end caps apart the two buy the legshield trim which are about

thanks for replys (apart from sid bucket lol) i have used nuts and screws but would still like to know if there is a special tool for supplied vespa rivets
