I have a Rapido 225 with a ScootRS exhaust and 30 mm dellorto and my fuel consumption is about the same as yours, however I do tend to ride with the throttle wide open whenever possible. Less right hand might see an improvement, but not half as much fun.
about the same, 70-80 miles per standard tank on a run. throw some hills and wind into the equation, and its less. ive only got a sixty mile arse, so ive gotta get off anyway. what gearing you got in it?

My set up is
225 Rapido classic,4.8 gearing,48 clubby 28mil phbh unfiltered and jetting currently 50 pilot,AV264,X13 second clip down,122 main.
Been doing plug chops and tinkering with jetting for most of the day.
Havent got any solid mpg figures yet,but was gob smacked when I opened the tank tonight.Pretty much empty.
The plan was to move onto AV 266 and X7 needle combination in the morning cos the above setting is just a bit too light on the plug colour for my likeing.
Dunno if I dare after draining the tank as quick as I have done today.
Think some advocate the use of Mikuni TM24 carbs for economy.

17/46, Li150 box, 24mm mikuni, ancillotti exhaust when i had my classic rapido and i used to get 50/60 mpg.
It was set up and dyno'd for motorway cruising.
Now with an RT kit i get the same mpg but with an increase in acceleration and top speed

TS1 and PX stay in the garage (future barn finds) out on the GTS 300 when I go out on a scooter.
I know I’ll get there and back
