Most Wanted Scooter Parts
For a while I thought it might be an idea to have a thread where people could post their ideas about which scooter parts they would like to see developed in the future as on GSF. The feasibility of which could be discussed on the forum with whichever dealers/manufacturers/engineers have expertise in that particular field.

A bulb holder for halogen bulbs.
A wiring loom with block connectors on, instead of 60s snot balls.
An ignition switch that isn't made from cheese.
A legshield toolbox that is the same shape as the 80s AF ones, rather than big enough to fit a family in.
Wheel rims that sit flat, rather than nearly flat.
An Ancillotti seat that bolts down two inches further back than the one I've got. And has a gel insert its entire length. Then people taller than 5'6" can ride two up.
A brake pedal that has a shorter arm.
Made to measure sound deadening material for the inside of sidepanels.
A 'made to fit' horn that sounds like a horn.
A handlebar fitment for master cylinders - like the MB one, but the right shape.

a cylinder cowling that splits in two [like an LD] to provide easier access to cylinder head and header pipe without so much dismantling.
a finned collet [again like an LD...] to aid cooling at the exhaust / cylinder face
The rear brake is being revised this year I believe
