well this is what Id use on a 25 Phbl (presuming the airbox has been drilled to let more air in) on a standard with clubman for a good starting point

98-100 main
48 idle
Dq 262 atomiser
D22 second clip from top
air mix screw 1+ half turns out
40 slide
2.5 needle valve

should get you something like near
