Won't be any casing left to hold it together after cutting for webs that big:shock:

The webs don't necaceraly need to be any bigger, it's the steped big end pin that moves the rod further out to gain a bigger stroke.

jerome offerd to do me one using one of his 64mm jobs as a start.
decided after talking to him to stick at 64mm. with a js 550 piston!

smaller piston is 70mm larger one js 550 kawasaki jet ski 75 mm.
i have a 80mm spigot. the cylinder is a air cooled kx 250

just short of £300 for the crank and look on ebay for the piston you can pick up wiseco ones dirt cheep!

Can Readspeed fit one of their eccentric pins to a 64mm crank? That would be 67mm stroke! MONSTER!
I don't want to keep up with modern traffic. I want to hoon past it, preferably on one wheel!
