Can GP/SX style headlight rims that are pitted be stripped and rechromed and look okay?
I've got a few and wondered if they can be saved (so I don't have to buy remade crap that doesn't fit)

Absolutely. I had a couple of headlight rims done recently and they look excellent.
quality chrome sent mine back.... said it was to pitted

So any advice on a good place to get it done? (Obviously not Quality chrome)

Just done a quick search and I came across these people. They might be worth having a look at.

Once the rim is pitted the only way to get a decent finish for the chroming is to polish the pits out, and there is a limit how far you can go with the polishing, and its not very far,if its very pitted its definitley a no go.
