It is posssible to cut the biggest shroud off fat Escort dampers and turn them upside down, which gives a slimmer, sportier look.Doom Patrol wrote:I did wonder if there might be clearance issues with the beefier Indian dampers.

but I used the BGM's on my GP as I couldn't fit them under the mudguard.Here is another picture and yes they are the thin type dampers with the shroud removed
