use a hydrolic press (a local garage will have one for bushes and bearings)and a long 8mm socket . the socket will press through the bearing and push the pin through and remove the link.. replace the bearings and pin as a set

You will need to remove the spring clips on both sides before pressing out the pin...

Hammer and a small chisel to break off several of the tabs, then try to prie it out with a strong screwdriver...
