anyone making 1 off horn cast badges?

my only doubt is how to fabricate the end "clip on" part, you know the one that actually holds the badge in place on the horncast. I know how to make the badge main body tho...

You didnt look like a hooligan up for a beating last time I met you mate lol!

Regarding the bolt system mate, I get your idea. When the resin is cold, just throw in two bolts. I wonder however, how would you hold it to the horncasting? The bolts would bolt in where? Because in the case of the Series 3 the bolts do hold directly the horncast into the frame. Cant remember if its the same thing on the series II.

Any ideas?

I remeber going to Yarmouth rally in 84 on my Li, had a perm, Aquatscutum coat and kickers. I did get some funny looks and some bugger put half a pound of Tate & Lyall in my tank. .. :x Only got about a mile out of town on way home and it came to stop....As i remeber we had some aggro with a vespa club from Billericay think they were called the liletes as in the tampon...oh the fun of it..... :D
