anyone making 1 off horn cast badges?

my only doubt is how to fabricate the end "clip on" part, you know the one that actually holds the badge in place on the horncast. I know how to make the badge main body tho...

Regarding the bolt system mate, I get your idea. When the resin is cold, just throw in two bolts. I wonder however, how would you hold it to the horncasting? The bolts would bolt in where? Because in the case of the Series 3 the bolts do hold directly the horncast into the frame. Cant remember if its the same thing on the series II.
Any ideas?
