Lads we need some help here me mate has popped his pacemaker gearbox(17x46 sprockets) in his muggy 200 ,now the problem is we dont have another in fact all we do have is 2x li125 gearboxes and a selection of top and bottom sprockets and stretched chains a JL3 and A 30mm delly what can we do with the...

Yep mine was silver with white stripes ....Now its a mature rustic brown colour residing in the corner of the garage .....

The bgm stator is ok for converting Fuse size depends On what it's using Don't forget the switches on bars are getting very hot with 5amps going thru them Should only be using about 58w/4.8amps which is roughly the total watts/ampage for all the blulbs on at the same time and will be using possibly...

Lads i have one of those BGM 120w ac stators i should be ok to do the conversion on this using the wassell etc also what size of fuse is used or is that dependant on the ampage of the battery used .. ...Bill

Sorry bud off the top of me head no .... i remember doing the "process of elimination method" i.e touched the live with each wire then two etc until i had got each working ,seem to remember also having to disconnect the horn and joining the wires together to complete a circuit as the were ...

I am assuming your bike is a battery model .. soooo the last time i done this i fitted a 12v reg ran a wire from the stator wire to the reg then out to the loom at the junction box were i joined all the lighting wires and changed bulbs to 12v the brake switch to an AC one and its still working now ....

Lads need some advice here ... i got new corks for me cosa clutch (it's a cosa 200) and silkolene 2T gearoil to soak them in only i have just noticed it says "light" on the top right hand side off the label and the numbers off the back (cant read writing as its in foreign tongues ) are ..S...
