Do those tanks not bolt directly to frame? Not sure they use straps.

Can anyone tell me what the black box does on a T5 Millennium? It's located under the horncast at the bottom. This scooter has issues with the horn not working when main lights are on! It's my engine that the enquiry was for, (I couldn't log in to forum!). I nipped up my TS1 and was wanting to know if as a short term remedy I could get away with a standard 200 top end using the existing 60mm crank obviously with a packing plate. Gonna have to save some pennies to reserect the cyli...

I'm doing a bit of work on a T5 and whilst trying to get the old exhaust off, the swing arm bolt head sheared clean off, this is because the bolt is seized solid through the casing arm. Engine is out of frame, have tried heat, have tried loads of WD40, have tried a punch and big lump hammer! How do ...
