Similar thing happened with my T5 mate...bolt was seized solid and tried everything to get it to move. Quick fix, while the engine was still in the scoot, was to just partially drill the bolt and then put a tap in it to enable me to secure my exhaust (worked great). PlastiKote Industrial High Heat spray is well worth a try, philz....I've always had great results with it, and it lasts. It dries with a sort of powdery finish, but it buffs up really nicely with a microfibre cloth. I usually do one coat and allow to dry, then wipe / buff away the powdery finish and...
