Atomic Pressure Plate Help
Can anybody help. I will be putting my clutch in tomorrow evening and have come across what may or may not be a problem. When checking the clearances on the clutch prior to soaking the plates, I noticed the hardened centre (gp type) is not solid and is free to turn by hand. Now I would expect this t...

Re: TS1 Which Clutch
To be honest I have both the atomic spider, and pressure plate. Just wondered if anyone had fitted either or both of these to a AF machined crownwheel, and if so did it work? The reason for asking about the pressure plate at the start of the thread, was that it looks to be quite a well made bit of k...

Re: Disc brake woes
I had lots of trouble bleeding mine.
In the end up I got a large syringe from the chemist fitted a rubber hose to it and reversed bleed it from the bleed nipple. You will need to bleed it the normal way first to fill the lines, or you will be filling your syringe all the time

Re: TS1 Which Clutch
Ordering the 5 plate clutch from Readspeed today. I already have a machined 47 tooth crownwheel, will the atomic spider work with this setup as I have one gathering dust, and it does look stronger than the standard spider. If its proven to work with this setup I may as well use as it does look nice ...

Re: TS1 Which Clutch
Thank you all for taking the time to comment.
Based on comments & cost I think I will give the Readspeed 5 plate clutch a go.
Anyone interested in a Rocho 6 plate clutch that may or may not work ? It could be me not setting correctly.
Offers invited.

Re: TS1 Which Clutch
Hi Martin Sorry I forgot to mention I have allready got the lever from mb. Also using mb springs and mb clutch cable. Thats why ive thrown in the towel and am now considering the AF road clutch. but before shelling out more money I would like people's opinions regarding drag, slip, or other issues w...

TS1 Which Clutch
I am having trouble with clutch drag on a Rocho clutch and I have tried countless times to cure it, so much so I've now thrown in the towel. It may be me who cannot set the Rocho clutch correctly, and Im not knocking the clutch in any way. its just that I want to ride it not tinker with it trying to...

Re: SIP Speedo and Fuel Tap...HELP...
I had same problem with Cambridge Lambretta one. At first I thought the float was catching in the threaded section, but after shining a torch in the tank I could see the float had lifted. Removed the tap and connected it up the sip loom then when lifting the float by hand it all worked perfect. Fitt...

Re: Regulated 12v AC on wassell
Another question, how many people have connected the brown from the speedo onto the yellow from the stator (un-regulated) and have suffered speedo failure?
And how many have fitted and all is ok?
SIP dont recomend doing this, as they say the un-regulated supply could damage the speedo.
