Thanks people I will try the first and if its no batter I shall use the soldering Iron technique... :P or better still jason get your dad to do it :biggrin: Funny bugger lol. Ill ask him when he's in a good mood! He is happy at the moment because I have just got my start dates through for the army....

The wiring loom is fine there is plenty of slack but not to much in the wiring loom, as its a MBD wiring loom set. Its just the fact that the wire's have now started to come loose due to the fittings being loose in the terminals. Ill look at all the options I have tomorrow. Great info...

My wiring keeps falling out from the head set when riding
How do I stop my wiring in the head set from jumping loose with the crap terminals that are on the wiring. The bullet connectors dont fit into the junction box very well, their just that little to small. I have attemted to use modern bullet connectors, but they are to big... its never ending. Can so...

get a digital one off mb on order and save yourself a lot of hassle... sorry to sound defeatist but with both the speedos and drives an accurate digi one will work out cheaper and a lot less hassle in the long run... I will speak to Ian at MB and price one up if the other Idea doesnt make any diffe...

Could some kind sole tell me the thred size of the plug hole, cheers. I am not sur at the moment untill I get back home but I think the Tap size is M12 and the pitch you should be using is 1.75 with a 10.75mm or 11mm jobber drill bit.
