li/tv kickstart shaft?
What's the best kickstart shaft for a tuned tv200? i keep bending my indian ones!

the layshaft race was just the first problem i have found. magnet drain plug not too dirty but kinda. need to go through the box very carefully for other damage. building a lambretta gearbox from scratch, so much fun!

I think it was the end plate layshaft race. it was not completely seated in the end plate. and was slightly cockeyed in the end plate. does anyone have any expeirience with this sort of thing. when i used a feeler gauge to check the gearbox shim it was slightly loose on one side and tight on the oth...

you might be able to get at them by taking the head set top off. thats how i do it if they come out of the head set base.

i run a ts1 with a bitubo rear, italian front dampers, gp rear brakes and stock front disc both with upgraded pads. works good for me but hydraulic is better. just need to keep your eye open for collisions!

Hey scooterrestorations is best. think they use casa badges. but whatever you do don't use scootrs badges they make some good stuff but badges are not one of them.

seems to be gear selector rubbing on the side of gears in neutral. when in gear with clutch pulled sounds goes away. since everything is brand new in gearbox thinking of just letting it break in. any advise?

definitly got oil in it. i tried engaging the kickstart while idling, that seems fine, but a loose sprocket and using clutch to isolate problems will help.
