Horizontal spare wheel holder & rack

I'm looking for a horizontal spare wheel holder that's also a rack for the back of my GP build.

I can't seem to find much about. Anyone got any images of my options and a supplier please?

Yes, something like that. Is there one where the wheel slots in to the rack?
