Is there a larger Breath Sweet filter? One with a slighly larger rubber bellows mounting face to the carb? Like one to fit the Mikuni TMX-35 whose bellmouth diameter is 62 mm?

I'm using the standard rubber hose (22mm size) and a short piece of plastic waste pipe over the threaded inlet on a 28PHBH to give a better seal (can't remember the size of pipe tho)

Scooter Centre Koln do a 60mm one that fits the TMX 35 I have one fitted to my Rapido 250 and seems to work well.

Thanks for that, skidmark. I have the CamLam breath sweet filter which I have now stretched over the carb bellmouth but I'll check out the SCK one as it will be much less of a stretch.

Here's a vid of my bike with the filter mounted. I now have a jubilee clip securing the rubber bellows to the carb.
