What are peoples thoughts on these? Quality would appear to be excellent. But would they not suffer from the same problems the ScootRS rims have with fitting?

Isn't there a continual problem with people struggling to fit tyres? I seem to recall a few horror stories in the past.

The SIP ones have a tyre well making it easier to fit tyres. There was an article on the Vespa version in Scootering a few months back.

That one must have passed me by. It must have been the V word that did it. I'll have to dig it out.

my local piaggio dealer fitted mine with Conti twists and told me that there were no problems. So far so good with the rims though. A bit wider than standard so check that your pipe will still fit on a vespa. Mine are on a vespa, so i can't comment on the Lambretta type but they are beautiful and seem to be high quality.
