the first first pic is a mock up i did on an old casting the next two are on the scoot
rear drum hydrulic brake setup
heres somthing ive been thinking about for i while. ive got a rear disc on my cutdown so im used to decent braking. i just build a imola engine for my full frame lammy id forgot how s**t drum brakes are the main problem being when the cam is moved the shoes dont put pressure evenly on the hub one shoe tends to hit first and harder then the other. so if i could put a small slave cylinder in to move the shoes this would solve the problem so this what ive come up with

Isn't that caused by dodgey indian cases not machined right?main problem being when the cam is moved the shoes dont put pressure evenly on the hub one shoe tends to hit first and harder then the other.
