Have the black rear BGM shock, was checking the scoot over before i went for a ride out and the top half nyloc nut was 2 rotations from falling off...

anyways i tightend it back up and set off. Thing is since iv done this iv noticed that the back wheel seems to be skipping about when leaning into corners. Where as before when i presume the nut was loose it was riding really well..?
I have read somewhhere that you should not nip the nuts right up as this allows for flex or somthing but in not sure i would be happy with not having the nuts on any part of the scoot not nipped tight. I have the wavy washers and spacers to clear the mudguard and even when nipped up there aint a lot of thread to spare.
Anyone have similar experiences or any suggestions?
