can anyone help or give me advice on this problem

i wish to set up a tomtom rider 2 on my lambretta

the advice i need is.....

a/ how would you mount it on a series 2 headset

b/ could it be run off a normal stator or would i need a varitronic set up to run this sat nav

so can anyone help me with the mounting of this unit & powering of it any photos or ideas would be great thankyou

i think it will only run a a dc battery system and some sort of bracket on the right hand site throttle/light switch mount as they have holes in them already that you can use

Yes, you will need a 12V DC supply, although the battery in the Tom Tom should give several hours of use.

Have you a spare wheel at the front? You could build a simple bracket off either the spare wheel holder, or one of the holes in the spare wheel itself.
