I'm intrigued....why isnt there a 62mm or 64mm option readily available?
And as for the companies listed....any ideas what BHP each can handle?

does anyone know what the "evergreen" cranks are like from scootercenter? they list a 62 and 64 stroke crank at quite good prices, but they are hardly ever in stock.

dan the reason why they are not easily available is because there is quite a bit of welding and machining to be done and not a job for the average man in the shed!

Note from Mark @ MBD:
Our 62mm fits with no welding but needs a cutout doing for the con rod, and our 64mm fits with no welding but the casing needs boring out to the diameter of the mag housing then some fine tweaking around the mag gasket face to slide it in.
My Carbon bike for the IOM 100th was 37 bhp, with no problems.
I only sell 64mm cranks to customers engines.

Message from John @ JB Tuning:
''We have our own range of crankshafts, 58, 60, 61 and 62mm. These come with your choice of conrod, 107, yam 110 or 115mm.''
''For 62mm you will need to machine a space for the rod, but we can do this for you.''
