I`m a bit unfamilar with this type of rear unit ....Ive taken it out and the reflector is all peeled off.. Whats the best thing to do ?
Can it be repaired or shall I just replaced the whole unit and fit an LED ?

I'm not keen on the Carello rear light. It never looks like a good idea to me. You're probably better off finding yourself a CEV one with a proper reflector to be honest.

It's aluminium and can be polished to a really good shine.
Check the lamp holder works befor you invest time and effort in getting a shine.

Years back, I used double sided tape to put bacofoil in to replicate the reflector. It worked surprisingly well!
