Got cylinder back from MB - stage 2 road/race tune. Excellent work! Also treat the engine to a new CNC head - lovely bit of kit - shame to hide it under a cowling!

Before I button the side casing up - does anyone use loctite on anything in this side? Clutch nut? Front sprocket bolt? Have torqued up to the recommended figures.

put some loctite on the clutch nut as recommended by rayspeed as there is no tab washer

Chain tensioner are the only threads I put loctite on. Not saying that is right, just what I do.

Yes, did them last time I put engine together. Also used a torque screwdriver to be on the safe side - they are still in ImageImage

What Torque setting do you use for the Clutch , AF's dont give one do they ?

Got it from Beedspeed's site - 48 to 50 nm so did 50 Image
