Are you sure you Dident let the lip of the seal reverse when you fitted it? I found it a tricky blighter to get right when I rebuilt my engine, put some grease around it and check it by sliding a small screwdriver around the joint to check.

Hi scooterdude i renewed the inner bushes and seal on roadrunnerians case. The seal lip is as it should be and ian told me it only leaks (very slightly) after a decent run. Despite having to tap the seal in to casing were wondering if once hot its seeping from case and outer seal face.

Many of the seals currently available from scooter shops are single lip if your using one of these try a double lip one, may make all the difference you can get em from specialist seal suppliers on line.....get yer magnifier out though to cross reference the numbers, they're tiny!
Failing that try Harry Barlow, pro porting he does em.
