Speedo Repair

Any ideas on how I can zero the speedo needle. It works great apart from this problem.

On an original GP speedo I think the plastic needle can be pulled off the pin and re-located in the right position.

It's easy. I wrote an article on how to do that exact thing for the LCUSA.

I tried to take off the needle but I just bent it back! Seems okay for now.
