Quick question. Is the LTH clutch a cassette type clutch like the AF and can it be tightened through the pressure plate like the AF? If that's the case does it come with a smaller than standard clutch nut? I've just received one but it didn't come with a nut and washer and the standard 22mm socket won't fit through the pressure plate. Anyone? Cheers Pete.

they fit similar to a standard clutch as in you use a standard clutch compressor tool as far as i remember, and you use a standard washer and nut , i have 2 , i find them great clutches and the springs become more user friendly after a while, hope this helps,

Cheers mate, I assume the little Allen screw holds the locking tab washer in place then? I've fitted it with a clutch compressor now. I thought it was a cassette type jobby but I'm still very impressed with the quality. It's a little stiffer than my AF Race but hopefully it'll bed in once I've put a few miles on it.

I got it from Martin ( corrado ) and he included the holding tool free of charge. I've spoken to him and he's explained how they are assembled. Top service as usual...cheers Pete.Fux wrote: I think they should come with the c-ring being it's advertised as a whole unit.
Have you replaced the af race or is that in another engine. Just wondered if you have had problems with the af one?10 inch Terror wrote:Cheers mate, I assume the little Allen screw holds the locking tab washer in place then? No mate, different motor. The AF is a lovely clutch, I just fancied the LTH this time round. Time will tell if I've made the right choice.

From what I've read the LTH is good for 25bhp as it comes. The AF Race is slightly higher and should be ok for 30bhp. I'm sure someone will correct me though.roadrunnerian wrote:will a lth or a/f road be ok for a 30 bhp engine thanks
