Fork tube length PART 2
I have an LI series 3 frame which has been cut to take gp leshields. Does anyone know how long the fork tube on the frame should be. I know the difference in length between the gp and LI but don't know if it has been cut right in the first place so I can return it back. Ta

Thanks for that, not chrome ring but no difference in frame I believe
Is the 410mm the frame tube length. Not including the lower frame cone and upper steering cone. Taphilcasino1973 wrote:s3 li125 chrome ring model 410mm from top to bearing ring [that is 18mm thick]

Mine is not chrome ring. Don't think the frame is any different between the two, it's made up with different size headset bottom. So the 400mm should be the frame dimension hopefullyphilcasino1973 wrote:its 400mm between lower bearing cup and underside of chrome ring
