Hi all

im having a bit of teething issue with a li 125 / 3 ( fitted with SR 185 kit, cleaned ports , checked tolerances etc from engineering trader ) it has new BGM 120w stator , new cdi etc engine rebuilt . Keeps flooding it will start then boggs up , clean plug i keep kicking then starts again. The rubber hose is full of fuel after it cuts out. The bike was running and starting lovely last week . The only thing that has changed is a replaced the rubber hose with a thicker casa type. Now the carb is a Jetex ( here we go ) 22mm jetted for GP 200 first time ive ever had one of these bought from a reputable dealer on the south coast who has sold them "reworked" any thoughts

many thanks

it does sound like the carb I'm afraid.

I've got 5 out in the shed- problem is that they seem to "go off" without any warning. If you want to borrow one please be my guest.
