torque wrenches

any recommendations for a decent torque wrench to suit a lammy? cant seem to find any that will cover the full range of torque settings, any suggestions? cheers

You'll probably need two if you want to cover the full range, i.e. rear hub down to sidecasing nuts.
I use a Norbar torque wrench that's rated from 5 - 45 il ft which covers most jobs.

I doubt you will get one that will the full range from back plate to rear hub. Recommend two, a 3/8 drive for smaller engine stuff and a 1/2 drive for the rest.

I use a beam type torque wrench which can be used in both directions,good for torquing the flywheel nut.

I have two Halfods ones had @ 5/6 years been spot on , added them to my Xmas list

Beam type are best, but they don't look as cool. Wish I still had mine.

By beam do you mean the square for the socket knocks through the head of the torque wrench?
