Front luggage carrier

i have been told that a series 2 TV takes a different luggage rack to other series 2 models. Is this true? Any advice would be appreciated.

How so?

All S2 basically bolt together the same (apart from the high/low switch).

Different racks will mount differently.

Thanks for the reply. I haven't got any photos as I'm looking to buy one and I don't want to make the mistake of buying the wrong carrier. I couldn't see why there would be any differance in a series 2 luggage rack. All series 2 were built the same except for the shiny bits.

absolute cack, an S2 is an S2.

What i would say is that some of the front carriers have longer upper arms than others, get the longer ones as it helps clear the headlight better, that's what I did.

Thanks for your help Donnie. I think that's is what this person was trying to tell me but got a little middle up with the information.lol I'll have to stipulate that I want the longer upper arms when I purchase the rack. Cheers

Im 90% sure thats the right one, it's farther away than other front racks for sure.
