I have fitted a 175cc stage four alloy barrel kit with a 30 mil delly carb and GP crank on my 125 series two with a AF big bore pipe.
The scooter just bogs down when i try to open the throttle i'm going to fit a Taffy replica pipe anyone running the same set up any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Does it run ok at lower throttle openings and bog when you open it up?

What jets / needle you got in there?

One small bit of advice. Decide which exhaust you WANT on it. Take the jetting from there. Costantly swapping pipes just makes a tricky job much trickier.
Without a dyno, jetting will take a while, but it can be done.

It can easily be done! As daggs says, pick a pipe, stick to it and learn to jet, it's p155 easy though a little time consuming.

You'd be daft putting a newly built, not run in engine on a dyno frankly.
Donnie.
