stator repair
hi I have an SIL stator I took off my GP some time back due to the pick up failing, I was going to replace the pick up and LT coil and keep it as a spare and wondered which are the best ones to use. ive seen K2 pick ups and coils advertised are these ok ?

If it's just going to be a spare I'd get a pickup and coil from Scooter Restorations, there's cheaper on ebay but you wouldn't know what you were getting quality wise. Make sure the earth tag is riveted tight and secure any moveable wires with Araldite to improve reliability
