Had my moment a couple of weeks ago, I finally decided to rebuild the Jet 200 engine from it's bare casing. First job remove some of the worn studs, I thought I won't feck around with double nutting etc, I'll go straight in with the stud remover. First stud I tried snapped off with a nice clean break flush with the casing. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh feck!!!

oh bugger
Luckily im starting with a clean casing without a single stud in it so at least i wont have that particular problem.
On the plus side Ive decided to use some donor parts from my old chopper engine that has been laying in the corner for a couple of years and the gearbox is indeed li150 as hoped
