Bgm flywheel probs

Got a bgm flywheel but for some reason my augusto and m tech units don't work properly,both do not give the right amount of retard.i put on a standard flywheel and all works fine,I like the build quality and smoothness of bgm but also would like to use timing .any body else had these problems?
