Standard Petrol Tap Flow Rate?

What's an acceptable amount of fuel to flow from a standard tap, in 1 minute, for a 20mm carb on standard 150 engine??

Maybe someone, whose scoot runs fine, would test this for me?

I understand that from a fast flow petrol tap, the flow should be around a pint in one minute. So for a standard tap, somewhat less than that, although I believe you could drill out the orifices a little to improve the flow rate from a standard tap.
