Hi all

My standard PX200 has problems firing up afther being stoped for a short time. This is resolved by taking off the carb cover, then it kicks up straight away. Bike kicks over fine when cold. Has anybody any ideas how to solve this? Cheers Dave.

If everything else is ok then the pilot circuit is too rich. Check the air screw on the back of the carb is no more than about 1.5 turns out.

Shouldn't it be 2 to 2 and 1/4 turns out.

I thought it might be the air mixture screw as well but thats at the default setting of one and a half turns out. Maybe I should lean it out a bit?
