Apologies if it's been done to death previously - my 33yr old Fresco finally cried enough on way back from cleethorpes - it's original type with integral muffler ( or was until yesterday pm,) running under the kick start like a std exhaust

So learned friends what to replace with. My AF is 225 rapido classic running 30mm delly PHBH. Don,t want to spend a fortune just want good all round exhaust that gives decent torque

Nk rally is great for price, still around £220 ish I think,Ben at Rayspeed described it as a fresco on steroids and mine defo pulls well when in the power.

If you were happy with the Fresco prior to it's death, then maybe consider a new style Fresco from AF's?cheers,Speedy.

33 years is pretty good for a Fresco.

Was it stainless steel?

Thanks for inputs

I'm tempted to stick with 'fresco' type, if only for 'old times sake' It's served me well & I like the understated look of it
however, AF website is sadly lacking at the mo' & seems to suggest they're made to order - which as we all know in 'lambretta world' means delivery possibly in the next decade.

Rosscla - if you have one you wish to sell, pm me with details. How far from Prestwick/kilmarnock are you? If a deal is done I might be able to get work colleague to collect

Bitten the bullet & bought a 48mm Fresco (over kickstart type) from AF's

My original was a 42mm as it was fitted when bike was 200cc - so be interesting to see if 48mm u-pipe & poss chamber development makes any significant difference
