Another engine completed ports grumbles cleaned up on first run 22.16 hp 19.96 ft/lb, with a little bit of fettling its getting there 24.11hp 20.27 ft/lb (note nm on graph should be ft/lb)

What exhaust, carb and gearbox? Mine delivered out of the box delivered 18.69 hp at 6100 rpm, 16.36 ft.lbs. Running 25mm phbl, nk road rally and gp box.

Its running sx200 box with franspeed supertourer and 30 vhsh carb filtered, i did try a few other pipes franspeed race, avanti race, jl4 , (swift original jl) and jl1 the jl1 gave best curve but only 17 hp

whats the difference between the Franspeed Race and the Avanti Race ? I thought it was only the mountings that were different ?

They were tried and gave almost same power just at different rev range

We did finish this motor off at 27 hp and genuine 80 mph + now been together over 2 years and guy sold his GTS
