I have an LI 150 engine that is getting a 195 RT kit, a BGM big bore, a 58 mm crank, and LI 150 gearset. Can somebody recommend a carb and jetting. I am horrible at jetting and paranoid about seizing. Hoping to find a recommendation for something that I can bolt on and go. I have a Keihin 28mm but jetting data and availability is spotty. It seems that Dellorto carbs are more popular so I was considering a PHBH 30 BS.

my reed valve sil200 with same crank and exhaust, runs great on a keihin 28
awesome carb and very easy to setup

heres a whole lot of other peoples setups,

http://scootrs.com/tech.cfm?tip=jetpwk

as you can see they vary wildly but almost everyone is using the jjh needle, set that at middle clip and just start big enough that it runs s**t then bring it down from there

ive settled at jjh middle, 42 pilot 135 main.

maybe try 45 and 145 to kick off, if it revs easy just up jet till it splutters a bit and bring it back from there...

OR ask mb as they sell pwk copies for that kit and will have a much more evaluated opinion than me :geek:
