When I bought my scoot it came with dyno report by chisel speed on the set up it had
Muggelo 200
60mm long rod
Ported

Pm evo pipe
Max power was 18.88 torque 14.09
Main 230
Power jet 50
Needle p2.5

Is the power about rite for this set up or should it be better
Now changing to the franspeed super tourer ss will it stay around the same
Also regards jetting yes I know it will req going on dyno to set it up but would u change anything ( main jet up or down size)
Thanks simon

I don't know what youre asking, you have answered your own question by saying you need to dyno it

If you were switching from a clubman type pipe to a full expansion then I'd say you need to upjet a bit. From one spanny to another though could go either way, as suggested a few plug chops would give you an idea, but if you feel you,re not sure about doing those then you really need to get it back on a dyno.

As to the power that doesn't seem to bad for a small block muggy to me, prob about 3x what you'd have got out of the standard 125 top end, to put it in perspective.

your chis dyno results are about what you should expect from that type of set up .but if changing the pipe then get it dynoed again and then you will have the before and after results ,run it up again on another dyno ..change the pipe and see what happens :)

Chiselspeeds dyno is quite conservative compared to some, so that's a decent result. I'm sure Scooterotica or Chiselspeed would be happy to check and reset youe jetting with the new pipe.

I've plug chopped it at 1/4 1/2 3/4 and wot ash coloured spark plug colour even tried to richen it up on mixture screw with no success . If I drop the clip down it bogs terrible . It's running a 260 main air / mixture screw is one full turn out
