I am at thee dreaded wiring point in the build and have managed to get the SIP speedo wiring through the frame, little easier than I thought, have not looked at connected it yet, are there any things I should be wary off. Do I have to use relays or inline fuses before connecting to the battery, these questions might be a bit anal, but Im really not that confident or any good with electrics and don't want to fucck up the speedo. Any basic help will be appreciated.

I found it pretty straight forward when I did mine. I run an all AC (non battery) set up so it's not exactly the same as yours. I just tapped the tach/rpm wire and power wire to a hot wire in the headset (I used the running light) and hooked the seedo's ground to negative wire at the head light junction/bulb holder. If you plan to run your speed off of DC (battery) then you want to make the sure power feed is fused. I don't see why you would need a relay. Where are you putting the black box for the speedo? I have mine in the headset and found that self adhesive velcro worked nicely to keep it in place yet still be removable if I need to do work on cables and pulleys.
Good luck,
Tim
