SX200/TV175 gearbox quality thru years?

Hi

Is there any difference in quality between s2 tv175, s3 tv175 and sx200 gearboxes thru years. I have a few to choose from for a ts1 build and wonder if they differ at all? The one I'd prefer to use is from a s2 tv175 engine...
