wassel 12v on li 6v points stator

So do you have to alter the 6 volt stator? Or can you run the wassel 12 volt system with it as is?

Oh I want to run a 6 volt battery stator, is this possible without altering it?

To run the wassel 12v system the stator needs modifying (as per 60's conversion) as there won't be enough power. You need to add the main lighting coils from another 6v stator (in parallel) with the originals.scooterslag wrote:So do you have to alter the 6 volt stator?
