Hi all,
I am having a few problems with a newly built P200 engine's clutch. The clutch appears to be working fine when using the clutch up and down through the gears, but when you let the clutch out from a standing start , it seems to catch and makes a sort of grounding/catching noise.
As I say the clutch seems to work fine through the gear and this only happens when you pull away from a standing position.
Any ideas?
Cheers chris

I thought that, but I've just overhauled the cushdrive as part of the rebuild??
Sorted it now, it was a battered back plate catching on the clutch basket. Fortunately, I had a spare.
Finally my P200 engine is running sweetly. Thanks for the help.
