Just did a google and found http://supertune.co/downloads/avanti_fi ... ctions.pdf

Have you not seen the instructions or did you not fit the kit? It clearly says

" Use an NGK B8ES spark plug or equivalent whilst running in then maybe changed if necessary to a B9ES"

I guess that might suit the bike nicely around town if you are running in, however, I'd swap back to the 8 if you know that you are going to up the speed on some faster roads.

I have to say that I have used a B7ES around town and on a blast and it is fine, Also a customer running one of the heads on a TS1 found that it was better to use a B7Es. But like everything you must keep an eye on it! In cold weather I would be using a 7

Mine hated the b9, and was fussy round town with b8, its sharp as a tack on the work run with the b7 and swap up to b8 for rallies.

Ditto, looked like it had been dipped in oil, I took it that it was running to cool  and couldnt burn it off, the b7 and b8 gives a lovely plug under the respected riding ie 7 town 8 rallies.
