What should be the measures of the base gasket and head gasket?

That depends on you casing. Assemble it with no gaskets and measure how far in or out of the top of the barrel the piston is ay TDC.
Then nip down the head and check the squish gap, you're aiming for < 1.5 mm. Then its just arithmetic.
You can adjust the base and head gaskets within that range to get the desired results.
