jetting for 175

Mrs stacked my series 3 into the garden wall this arvo, which has meant i need to get my series 2 on the road pronto for Mersea. I have a dellorto MA19 Bs5 carb (Series 1 125..?) but need to jet it to suit a 175 top end with a scorpion pipe. The details of my current set up are below if anyone can let me know what to change and to what it would be a great help. Never taken this sort of carb apart before so have had to guess what some were but think there correct.
