I'm currently running malossi 177 kit and billet head plus reed valve kit along with 30mm dellorto carb with sterling pipe this was all fitted new before I bought it now it bogs in 1st and 2nd plus a bit in 3rd it won't pull hard in them gears but will then pull all the way in 4th to around 60mph tops . Now I've had carb apart today to see wot jets where inside I've found middle jet av260 this is jet with needle going through small jet next to it is 55 and then other jet under float bowl is 225 now is this rite for set up plug isn't chocolate brown colour a little oily . What should I be looking at ? Are jets rite ? Should this be gonna quicker than 60

My similar set-up worked well with:

135 Main
AV264 Atomizer
X2 Neesle (C3)
40 Slide
50 pilot

172 Malossi / 30mm PHBH Malossi Reed / PM Tuning Head / JL Performance Exhaust

Hope that helps

Check your reed petals, if the edges are ragged then it will make the bike bog down through low to medium revs.
